Health systems use ICD-11 codes for reporting, analytics, and ministry or payer workflows.

Open the Playground, pick a clinic sample case or paste your own diagnosis text, then run coding while logged in.
You will see proposed ICD-11 codes, descriptions, and when a case may need human review.
With an active Clinic plan or partner pilot, you can upload a CSV/TSV with a Diagnosis column
and code a slice using Start row and Max rows — the same pattern as Admin batch runs.

Your remaining balance appears in the account menu, profile, settings, and My Subscription when you are signed in.
If a run cannot start, check your balance or plan status there.

/api/v1 with Authorization: Bearer hic_… (or the X-HelloICD-Key header)
to create async coding jobs and fetch JSON or CSV results — useful for EMR integration.

When HelloICD is uncertain or flags a result, the case can appear in Review so a coder can accept, correct, or reject it.
Clear, high-confidence matches typically return without that step. Review access is granted per account when needed.
